What happens to the water when it does rain? Barefoot Grass is free draining and is laid on a bed of compacted crushed rock, so the water flows through the turf and down through the rock and away. |
Is Barefoot Grass pet friendly? Not only Is Barefoot Grass pet friendly, it is a lot more durable than natural turf. Simply scoop up the poo and the rain is enough to keep the turf odor free. |

Can you lay Barefoot Grass on a slope? Yes you can, we use 150-200mm galvanized pegs to hold the turf in place. |
What about maintenance? Barefoot Grass requires minimal maintenance. Brush with a broom or a soft rake once a month to give it a freshly mowed look. |

How long will barefoot Grass last? Typically Barefoot Grass will last between 10-20 years depending on the application. The yarn is used for sports fields so it is designed for high traffic. |
If it is laid on crushed rock, wont if be hard under foot? Apart from Barefoot Grass being thick and soft on its own, we also infill the turf with a combination of sand and rubber. This not only provides cushioning but also keeps the turf standing tall. |
